What is the recommended age for Scrubby buddies? Scrubby Buddies are suitable for all ages.
How do I use the Scrubby buddy? Wet the Scrubby Buddy, add Scentsy Bath Smoothie, work into a lather and use as you would a washcloth or bath pouf.
What are Scrubby buddies made of? Scrubby Buddies have a cotton lining. The outer material is 80 percent polyester and 20 percent chinlon, a type of nylon.
How do I dry the Scrubby buddy? After use, thoroughly rinse and wring out the Scrubby Buddy. Hang the Scrubby Buddy to dry using the loop on the cuff.
How do I clean my Scrubby buddy? Hand washing and air drying is the best way to take care of your Scrubby Buddy. Machine washing and drying may damage your Buddy’s stuffing.
Are they sized for kid or adult hands? Scrubby Buddies have been designed to accommodate hands of all sizes. The fabric has a little stretch to fit adult hands and a stretchy cuff to help stay on a child-sized hand.

Both products passed tests for tear strength and foreseeable misuse, fabric composition and cleanliness and toxicological assessments for banned or restricted chemicals without producing detectable amounts of any such substance.

What are the step-by-step instructions for using my Scentsy buddy? Your Buddy is ready to play as soon as it arrives! Simply open the zippered pouch in your Buddy’s back, insert a Scent Pak, and zipper the pouch back up.
How long will the fragrance in a Scent Pak last? About 30 days.
How long should I wait to change Scent Pak fragrances? You can change Scent Paks at any time. For the best experience, remove the current Scent Pak, wait a day or two for the fragrance to dissipate, and then insert a new Scent Pak.

How many different Buddy Clips are there? Our Spring/Summer 2016 Catalog has seven Buddy Clips: Bandit the Horse in Candy Dandy scent, Bubbles the Octopus in Berry Bubble Blue scent, Lenny the Lamb in Jammy Time scent, Mollie the Monkey in Jungle Jam scent, Oakley the Owl in Oodles of Orange scent, Scout the Dragon in Wild What-a-Melon scent and Stella the Unicorn in Rockin’ Ruby Razz scent. We’ll introduce new Buddy Clips every catalog season.
How long does the scent last? Buddy Clips are filled with 1.5 oz. of fragrance beads, the same material used in our Scent Paks. Fragrance will last about 30 days.
When the fragrance fades, can I refill my Buddy Clip with a Scent Pak? No. There is no zippered pouch in the Buddy Clip to insert a Scent Pak. We do not recommend refilling Buddy Clips.
When the scent runs out, can I exchange it for a new one? No.
What are Buddy Clips made of? Just as the designs of Buddy Clip characters differ, the fabric content differs as well. Most Buddy Clips are made of polyester with a polypropylene clip.
Is the clip easy for kids to use? Yes. The clip requires gentle pressure to open.

What is Scentsy Kids Bath Smoothie? Scentsy Kids Bath Smoothie is a highly fragrant shampoo and body wash formulated to be gentle enough for everyday use. It magically transforms from liquid to foam for bath time fun.
How long does the foam last? Bath Smoothie foam typically lasts through bathing and a little play time.
Can Bath Smoothie be used on babies? Scentsy Kids Bath Smoothie is not tear-free. Therefore, we recommend using it on children ages 3 and older.
Is it tear-free? No. The product is safe and gentle but not tear-free. Even products marketed as tear-free can be eye irritants. As with all personal care products, keep Scentsy Kids Bath Smoothie out of the eyes.
Does it help with dandruff or dry scalp? No. Scentsy Kids Bath Smoothie does not contain ingredients to treat dandruff or dry scalp.
How many fragrances does it come in? Scentsy Kids Bath Smoothie comes in seven kid-friendly fragrances: Berry Bubble Blue, Candy Dandy, Jammy Time, Jungle Jam, Oodles of Orange, Rockin’ Ruby Razz and Wild What-a-Melon.
Does Scentsy Kids Bath Smoothie contain any allergens or toxins? Is it safe for sensitive skin? Scentsy Kids Bath Smoothie was created with ingredients that are generally accepted as safe and effective for use in children’s personal care products. Though Scentsy Kids Bath Smoothie products are non-toxic and non-irritating, people with specific known fragrance sensitivities should test on a small patch of skin before using.
